Shipping Information:

UPS Ground orders will take 3-4 business* days to process and 3-7 business days for delivery.

UPS 2nd Day Air orders will take 3-4 business* days to process and 2 business days for delivery.

In and event your order is backordered (we do not have an item in stock but it will be coming), we will inform you through e-mail.

*Business days exclude weekends and the following holidays- New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All merchandise must be in original saleable condition with all tags attached. Return or exchanges must be within 30 days of the shipping date. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Customer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges: Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
